About Us
GetCETgo is a Government of Karnataka initiative to help all students of Karnataka prepare for CET, NEET and JEE exams 2022. Comprehensive study material in the form of Synopsis, Practice Questions, Chapter-wise Tests, Mock Tests and Revision Videos are available free to all students who are preparing for CET, NEET and JEE exams 2022.
Access Content on the Web Portal
- Click on the Login prompt in the home page - you will be directed to a login window
- Fill up the Username – Registered mobile number is your username
- Fill up your Password – Type the password you have entered while registering
- You will then enter to the platform and will be able to access all content
- In this mode you will have to be always connected to the internet to access the content
App allows students to access the content online and offline on android based devices
- You will have to download two applications on your android mobile from Play Store – The GetCETGo App and the Edureader App
- Go to play store and search with keywords "Getcetgo" and "Edu Reader" and click on install
- Once the App is downloaded, open/launch the App
- At the login window, enter the Username (your registered mobile number)
- Fill up your Password – Type the password you have entered while registering
- The App will then ask permission to download the data. Kindly respond with “Yes” to all questions for permission
- The App size together with content size will be about 350 MB
- Estimated download time will be about 5 minutes on Broadband Wi-Fi
- Once it is downloaded, you will be able to see the courses, the subjects and the various elements of the content
- The content has synopsis, classwork questions, homework practice questions and mock tests. Each of these content packets will be downloaded only when you access it. You will need a Wi-Fi or internet access to download it. Typical time to download any of these content packets will be 30 seconds on a fast Wi-Fi network and 3 to 4 minutes on a slow data card
- Once downloaded, you can access the downloaded content offline and continue preparing even if you do not have internet access
Access Revision Videos on YouTube
- The videos can be accessed on the YouTube channel: GetCETGo
- Subscribe to the channel to receive notifications when videos are uploaded
- The videos will be released in a phased manner
- Along with comprehensive Content, Revisions Videos, Detailed Synopsis and Mock Tests are also available to help children preparing for the competitive exams
- Playlists are available on the Channel subject-wise for CET, NEET and JEE

Where do I find the videos?
- All GetCETGo revision videos are available on the Youtube Channel “GetCETGo”. Log onto YouTube and subscribe to that channel to get regular reminders of videos loaded on that channel
- The videos can also be accessed from the web portal. Login in to GetCETgo.
- Within the video module open the ppt named "Readme Videos CET". Right click onto the video link which will open the YouTube Channel that has all the video lectures
- In case the YouTube channel does not open by clicking onto the video links then copy / paste the link on a chrome browser. It will open up the YouTube Channel
What is the URL for the Web Version of this application
- Go to Google Chrome Browser
- Type in the URL - www.GetCETgo.in
Where do I download GetCETgo android app from?
- Switch on the internet on the device
- Open the Playstore
- Search for ‘GetCETgo’. You will see the GetCETgo in the search results
- Click on ‘GetCETgo’ and install the app
- You must also download Edureader from google playstore. This is a document reader and without this application installed, you will not be able to view the documents in your mobile devices
- Search for ‘Edureader’. You will see the Edureader in the search results
- Click on 'Edureader' and install the app
I do not find GetCETgo app at Apple iStore
- We currently do not have an iOS version of the application and hence this app is not available in iStore
What is the mobile device requirement to install GetCETgo and Edureader apps
- Android Device - Android phone or Tablet
- Android Version - 6.0 and up
- RAM - Minimum 2 GB
- Internal Memory - Minimum 8GB of free space
I am unable to download the app
- Please check the internet connection on your device
- If the internet connection is working fine, then check the storage space in your device
- Also check the android version in your device
Login was not successful
- The first time login requires a good internet connection. Please check internet connection on your device
The Edureader is crashing in my device
- Edureader app is a built in document reader in GetCETgo application. This app has to be downloaded from google playstore or else PPTs will not work on your mobiles / tablets
- Please check whether you are able to take any test on GetCETgo. If you do not face any issue, then GetCETgo app is working fine
- Then try opening any document. If you are getting error message of – Edureader Crashed, then the Edureader app has problem
- Try reinstalling the Edureader App from Play Store
- If problem is not resolved, please call the GetCETgo Helpline Number to get this issue resolved
Phone Settings
- Remove all types of lock - Pattern, numeric, screen lock - Keep it NONE ( Settings-> security and screen lock - NONE)
- Phone Settings: Click on Settings -> Font size -> smallest / tiny ( enable font size to smallest)
- Phone Settings: Click on Display Timings / Screen time - Never or 30 minutes ( enable display timings to NEVER or 30 min)
Where do I find homework test?
- Login in to getCETgo. In Library, select the ‘CET program’
- Select the subject and then chapter module
- Scroll down for the Lecture no. The homework test will be under the Lecture heading
- The homework has MCQ type questions. It is in test format
- The test can be taken only once. Please go through the guidelines given in the app before taking any test
Where do I find the solutions for the homework/ assignment test questions?
- Take the test
- Once the test is done, click on ‘End Test’
- A screen opens with three sections. Click open the ‘Solutions’ section
- Click on the Question no
- Scroll down and you will find the solution for the question
How do I retake a test?
- The test can be taken only once but you can review it multiple times
- For mobile app users – ensure that you take the test in offline mode and later sync the test
- For web portal users – ensure you have good internet connection while taking the test
I am unable to view the questions/ images in a test
- Please check the internet connection speed by running through a broadband speed test

- Ensure a good internet connection and try again
How do I sync the test?
- Take the test in offline mode, i.e. once downloaded into your mobile device, switch off the wi-fi / mobile data
- End the test
- Switch on the internet and tap on the ‘Sync’ option on the top right side of Library
- This will sync your test score and show your rank for the test
